Description

Focused around inbound and outbound calls, you will be required to work for the contact centre’s clients, focusing on setting goals that you will achieve for them. 

 The team you will join focuses primarily on financial sector clients so you will be comfortable in dealing with customers who are experiencing hardship due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

As a key member of the team, you will be happy to work on a shift pattern basis up to 10 pm each day and also be happy to work on occasional Saturdays as required.

 This is a non-sales position.

Candidate's Profile

To be considered for this role you will have

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• At least 1-year experience in a call centre focused customer service position
• Experience of inbound and outbound calls
• Proven examples of excellent customer service
• An understanding of KPI focused delivery goals
• The ability to travel to the Varsity Lakes location easily
• The dedication to a full-time working week
