A multinational service-led organisation based in Brisbane is seeking a Workplace Specialist to lead an Occupancy, Planning, and Guest experience team. This position is available on an initial 12-month contract basis where our client will be undergoing a significant and exciting transformation of its working environment across a large employee base.

This position oversees the management of space and leads a team of direct reports overseeing teams across occupancy planning and guest services. Key outputs for the successful delivery of this position include; embedding a high level of customer service; coaching and development of direct reports; successful relocation planning and management; strategic reporting and advice on accommodation solutions; extensive and value add stakeholder management.

Successful background criteria for this role should include; 5-10 years + experience in managing occupancy/relocation management at a corporate location; customer focussed with highly developed team management at an operational and strategic level; excellent stakeholder management experience.
