About the Role:
With significant change and growth within the sector and within our business, an opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team to deliver quality, process-driven recruitment services to our clients.

This is an opportunity for a highly organised and capable Recruiter to become a key player in our business, working autonomously and flexibly from home and/or our CBD office. The hours are varied working up to 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday depending on our clients’ requirements.

This opportunity requires recruiters who thrive on working autonomously and who are happy to self-manage their own workload. You will have a genuine passion for sourcing the best talent, and a demonstrated ability to achieve stand-out results. With a solid background in agency or internal recruitment, you will enjoy working on a broad range of placements.

Role Requirements:
To be successful for this position you will be a strong communicator, able to liaise with people at all levels and build quality relationships. You will have sound administration and computer skills including MS Office suite of products, exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision to deliver clients with high-quality placements.

In addition, you will have sound experience with recruitment processes including:

Confirming role requirements with clients
Writing and advertising roles
Screening applicant resumes/applications
Booking interviews
Interviewing candidates
Writing candidate summaries
Reference checking
Database management
