The Role

The Management Assistant will provide support to four leaders within the Consumer part of our business, and their vibrant & high performing teams. Responsible for carrying out critical administrative & coordination activities to contribute to the success of overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email, diary and calendar management
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the team and external parties
  • Coordinate all internal and external meetings including arranging rooms, video conferences and catering where necessary
  • Attend meetings as required and prepare agendas, papers and record notes and action items
  • Organise team functions and offsites/onsites as required
  • Assist with recruitment processes and new hire set-up
  • Prepare and submit monthly Amex reconciliations
  • Conduct procurement activities, invoice processing and manage expenses
  • Provide FTE monitoring, reporting and low-level analysis
  • General administrative support, reporting and ad hoc tasks, as required

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a busy corporate environment
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate a busy diary and manage conflicting priorities
  • Intermediate level of use with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communication skills – listening, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with initiative
  • Display and work with a sense of urgency yet possess an eye for detail.
  • High level of customer focus, demonstrating an ability to manage all stakeholders as customers to provide a high level of service.
  • Confidence liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Understands how to contribute to team, business and group priorities
