We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will take full ownership of trials in our corporate store and any product or promotional trials required. They will also play a key role in maintaining our partnerships and looking to drive more revenue to the business through third party voucher orders.

Reporting directly to AU Brand Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Manage partnerships, maintaining current relationships and looking for new opportunities
  • Copy writing for digital channels.
  • Working with design team throughout the creative process, including planning, briefing and providing feedback.
  • Maintain the corporate store marketing plan, overseeing the implementation through all channels
  • Manage product & promotional trials, end to end from planning through to execution.
  • Playing a key role in the promotional planning process working with multiple key stakeholders (IT, Purchasing, Development Kitchen, Operations).
  • Execute online product trials.
  • Working together with the AU Brand Manager on budget management.
  • Liaise with and manage franchisee queries.
  • Conduct competitor research
  • Manage third party voucher sales


Qualifications & experience:

  • 1+ years' experience in Brand Marketing.
  • Knowledge of campaign management and/or email distribution platforms.
  • Marketing degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and in a high-performance team.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with drive to progress.
  • Strong copy writing skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data entry & CMS tools.
  • Ability to self-learn new tools, and passionate about new and emerging technologies.
  • Background in brand marketing.
  • Experience working within QSR/Franchisee model.
