Michael Page Property and Construction are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator position for a market leading Fit out and Refurbishment builder based in Brisbane CBD. Working closely with the Project Managers and Construction Manager, the successful applicant will be delivering projects in the $1-5m range for premium blue chip clients.

They have won many industry accolades for the quality of the projects they deliver and due to ongoing growth and multiple project awards they are now in a position to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sub-contract letting and negotiation
- Variations
- Cost management and forecasting
- Working closely with the Site Managers to ensure project milestones are achieved
Profile
Selection criteria will include:
- Tertiary education within Construction or Engineering
- 3+ years experience within the commercial build and/or fit-out and refurbishment environment
- Previous exposure to construction software systems
- Excellent communication skills
