This is a full-time 3 year contract with a negotiated salary and generous benefits including:

· Premium Recquatic Membership;

· RDO per month;

· Mobile phone/allowance;

· Up to 15.5% Superannuation.


A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly motivated and committed person to join the City of Kwinana to deliver change and training management for the organisation’s Corporate Business System (ERP) implementation project. This position will be responsible for leading the change management for the project and will be required to oversee business readiness for the project and be able to develop change impact assessments for each business area affected.


As part of this role, you will be required to liaise between all project stakeholders, including but not limited to all City Staff, City Leadership Teams, the Project Team, TechnologyOne Project Manager, consultants and other Councils.


This is your opportunity to make a significant contribution to this project at the City of Kwinana.


To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Extensive experience in change management and business readiness for software implementation projects;
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating stakeholder and communications management for software/IT projects;
  • Experience in managing learning and development activities for software implementations, inclusive of associated strategic and documentation design outputs;
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills – skilled in maximising user adoption and realised value for software projects;
  • Previous experience using Civica’s Authority and TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil software systems (desirable);
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline;
  • ERP specific Change and Training Management experience (desirable).
