Job Description
The opportunity:
Following our success in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, we are growing our NSW team and are currently seeking an Account Manager to join the team at our Alexandria site. This role is responsible for maintaining current relationships and building new relationships as well as maintaining specification with residential builder clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain current relationships and build new relationships with builders and developers
- Coordinate internal processes and services to fulfil customer requirements and project deadlines
- Help resolve any on-site concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Drive to achieve and exceed Sales Targets and KPI's
- Provide technical product support, product presentations and quotes to clients
- Develop a strong understanding of customer’s core objectives and challenges, in order to properly match the company’s products and services with their needs
- Undertake urgent deliveries if required to support client needs (heavy lifting may be required) and organise sample tiles as required
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a self-managed sales professional with sound experience in sales and account management
- Be self-motivated and solutions orientated
- Be able to communicate at any level with diverse clientele
- Be a team player
- Be results-oriented, with an excellent ability to utilise and manage the organisation's resources to achieve sales targets
- Have experience using CRM systems
- Display high energy and passion towards solving real-word customer needs
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have strong organisation, planning, negotiating and influencing skills
You do not need experience in tiles, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
