We help Australian and international publishers get their books into the hands of readers by supplying retail stores, online booksellers, libraries and educational suppliers all over Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to change careers or develop their career in a data administration role, while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with publishers regarding new releases and product updates
• On-boarding and off-boarding publishers
• Collecting and collating data
• Maintaining data in Odoo (ERP software) and Onix
• Preparing data feeds for retailers and notifying of changes
• Inventory corrections
• Creating e-catalogues and Onix files for website
• Preparing stock orders

To be successful you will:

• Be focused and systematic
• Enjoy detailed, data driven work
• Be a skilled multi tasker who is able to work unsupervised
• Be highly organised and have strong time management skills
• Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Easily learn new software applications
• Be determined to see tasks through to completion with a high level of accuracy
• Work well within a small, friendly and collaborative team

Experience that will be highly regarded:

• Database management
• Book industry experience
• Onix data / OnixEdit software
• Bibliographic data
