The Role
Epworth Box Hill seeks Registered Nurse’s to join our Anaesthetic's/PACU team in a P/T, F/T and Casual capacity as we continue to grow our business and undetake a redevelopment. We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic peri-operative nurses who would like to work with an expert team of Doctors, Nurses and Allied health professionals.
You will have the opportunity to work at Epworth’s Box Hill and Kew campuses.
Shifts range in length and flexibility, with the first shift commences at 0700 with multiple staggered start times through to 2400 finish. The opportunity for weekend work and on call available if desired.
You will join our collaborative team which pride ourselves on best practice, supporting our team and delivering patient centred care.
Skills & Experience
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA, grade 2 year 2 minimum experience
- Previous PACU/anaesthetics experience essential
- Enrolled nurses must be IV Endorsed
- Flexibility and excellent organisational skills
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and team skills

Epworth Eastern
Located in Box Hill, Epworth Eastern is a state-of-the-art facility and includes an 8 bed ICU, 10 bed HDU/CCU and 10 theatres.
Epworth Eastern maintains a broad clinical focus from cardiac, vascular, orthopaedic and general surgery to oncology, urology and endoscopy services. From consultation and detection through to surgery, Epworth Eastern aims to work with patients and their families to ensure they have the best experience possible.
In 2018, the commencement of Epworth Eastern’s expansion and redevelopment project will grow the hospital and introduce a brand new emergency department to the region.
