About The Role

The purpose of this role is to support the joinery production process at a senior level whist being hands on. The role is critical, and you will also be responsible to manage, coordinate and oversee installations of an external installation contractor.

Our client is seeking someone who loves what they do, enjoys being proactive and who is keen to share their skills with a team who is always looking to develop further

You will be responsible for

• All facets of cabinet making on a daily basis
• Installation programming
• Quality check
• Packaging and dispatch
• Logistics and delivery
• Assembly and installation
• Resource management
• Client management
• Overseeing several installs at a time (from time to time)
• Assisting the production office supervisor from time to time
• Hands on role

Skills Required:

• Sound experience and knowledge in cabinet making and joinery
• Sound ability in installations and managing the process
• Attention for detail
• Great communicator
• Can do attitude
• Loves the detail “leaving no stone unturned “
