We are currently seeking a switched on and motivated Business Manager with proven experience in supervising, managing and coordinating the delivery of Cleaning services across an allocated portfolio of assets.

Job Description

The successful candidate will manage and oversee the delivery of cleaning services to clients in accordance with contract obligations, to ensure compliance with relevant Acts and Group policy and Procedures, and to manage the profitability of assets under their control.

The successful candidate will be required to work on a Full Time basis working a roster of 38 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain regular site visits
  • Comply with the documented change process for master rosters
  • Regularly review site hours reports in order to ensure labour is managed efficiently and profitably against budget, balanced with contract performance outcome
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are obtained for all additional billings and are invoiced on time
  • Regularly meet with client representative and ensure all reporting requirements of contract are completed on time
  • Liaise with client in regard to standard reporting requirements and templates
  • Implement the CQT process and ensure all action items and improvements are progressed through the CMR reporting and KPI procedures.
  • Manage the appointment of new staff
  • Utilise Company disciplinary procedures for management of complaints against staff and / or instances of non-compliance.
  • Counsel employees on behavioural or performance issues and procedures. Ensure EMS (Employee Management System) proceedings are notified to HR
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of training to all site staff and ensure records are maintained
