Full Job Description

The role:
Working within the Centre Management Team, the Administration Manager is to provide effective leadership to the Administration Team, through clear communication of key goals and the establishment of standards which exceed legislative requirements.

To assist the Finance Manager and Administration Team to ensure all financial and strategic support is provided across the property.

The person:
Previous Shopping Centre Management experience highly regarded
Previous Management of a small team regarded not mandatory
Previous experience as a finance or administration manager of a commercial or Retail Property business
Relevant Degree qualification highly regarded but not necessary
Administration certification or relevant work experience in an admin. role with a finance (AR/AP) focus
