Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking applicants for the role of Customer Service Officer (CSO)/Forklift Driver, to work with one of Australia's leading LPG suppliers, based at their site in Lara, VIC.

The Customer Service Officer is the main point of contact with residential and commercial customers. This role includes tasks such as:

  • Advising customers on usage, delivery and installation.
  • Establishing accounts and managing customer enquiries.
  • Processing orders and payments.
  • Manage debtors.
  • Liaising with suppliers, including managing schedule changes, invoices, stock management and stock take.
  • General administrative duties, including filing, record keeping, banking and data entry.

You will also be required to support the branch with the use of a forklift as required.

Screening for this role will commence immediately and will require the successful applicant to work the hours of Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).

Desired skills for this role include:

  • Forklift licence and experience operating.
  • Similar experience within the fields of administration or customer service.
  • The ability to build relationships with a strong customer service focus.
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
  • Computer and keyboard proficient.

This role would be well suited to someone with previous customer service or administrative experience and exposure to a warehouse or industrial setting, looking for a great opportunity within the Geelong region.
