About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD) of Serco’s largest sector in Asia Pacific – Citizen Services, you will provide comprehensive executive support to the MD and the broader Executive team. You will maintain appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences with full calendar control working across different time zones. You will work closely with Citizen Services Executive Team, maintaining administrative systems and structures to ensure team efficiency, support the MD with formatting documents, presentations, and reports, and assist with the development and preparation of budgets, reports and forecasts. You will provide advice and guidance to various areas of the business on ways to improve processes / data accuracy, and will represent the team in corporate initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will have: Sound experience in a similar role Extensive demonstrable experience in executive management support Exceptional written and oral communications skills Strong report writing experience Excellent understanding of business influences Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Ability to quickly pick up new technologies Experience using Concur Travel and Expense reporting Certificate in Business Administration or similar Ability to hold a current National Police Check Full Working Rights in Australia
