Our client is looking for an all-round Customer Service/Logistics/Administration candidate to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. They are looking for a dedicated person to join their customer engagement team and grow their career on a professional level. This opportunity is in Southbank, opposite Flinders Street Station and is a full-time role.

Our client is an industry leading, grain processing organisation and have a major international presence with a highly recognisable brand name in the industry. They are looking for an energetic and positive person who is excited and wants to take on multiple daily workplace tasks and progress their career in Customer Service/Logistics. This opportunity is excellent for an outstanding /Customer Service/Logistics to take on an exciting new challenge in a highly reputable international organisation.


Reporting to the Customer Engagement & Logistics Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Contract management of grain contracts and building relationships with suppliers.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail.
  • Processing Customer orders on a business to business basis and receipting those goods.
  • Raising customer purchase orders and assisting with enquires about stock, products and delivery.
  • Providing support to senior coordinators in the business with administrative and logistics tasks.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by the management team.


Our client is looking for a hard-working individual, who has a great attitude to work and learning new tasks in the workplace. You'll be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high attention to detail on all tasks. Ideally, you will have a small amount of previous experience in either a customer service/logistics/administration role and exposure to SAP will be highly regarded as well. Being tech savvy and having a good ability to pick up new tasks/systems quickly will also be required in this position.
