We are currently seeking an experience Internal Sales Coordinator to work within our division at Metroll Pakenham.
Role and Responsibilities: -
This roles is primarily to provide customer service to all Metroll customers and be the key point of contact for all customer enquiries service issues and sales related tasks. To achieve this there are the following responsibilities: -
Respond to quotations and tenders in a timely manner
Follow up quotations
Arrange specific customer delivery requests
Enter sales order into Pronto
Print daily orders from customers
Liaise with customers regarding issues and customer complaints
Liaise with production on cut off times and lead times
Other ad-hoc duties required by branch manager as part of business requirement
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this position is available to start immediately.
Full uniform supplied
Parking on site provided.
Skills and Experience: -
The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a busy environment, and have excellent communication skills and a professional manner, knowledge of the structural customer base would be beneficial. Plumbing or building sales experience preferred but not essential.
This role is in a very fast paced environment and requires someone who can mange time and have excellent communications skills.
Training will be provided.
