Established in 1988, AMC Commercial Cleaning is a 100% Australian owned, family-run cleaning company specialising in cleaning services across a broad range of industries. Altogether we are over 2,500 employees including professional cleaners, and 500 operatives, with offices spread across Australia and New Zealand.
Due to the continual growth of our business, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service Manager to join our Operations team based in Victoria.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager, this full time position is best suited for a vibrant Relationship Manager ready to take next step in your career and be a part of our ongoing success.
The roles requires you to manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their service requirements are met by conducting regular site audits at client premises.
If you are enthusiastic about Customer Services and have a vibrant and bubbly personality, this role is for you.
This role will require you to do the following;
End to end contract management of Client portfolios within assigned geographical area.
Be the first point of contact for any complaints or escalations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Operatives.
Ensure customer retention by conducting regular quality audits.
Conduct regular ‘on the job’ training with Operative or deploy specialized trainer as required.
Maintain record of client audits in spreadsheets and weekly reports.
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Upselling services to existing clients.

All about you:Successful candidate must have:
A high school certificate or diploma holder.
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Services, sales or similar client facing role .
Relevant industrial experience will be advantageous but not mandatory.
Pro-efficiency in using Ms-Suite.
Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Ability to works autonomously as well as part of the team.
Willingness to commute to remote client sites as and when required.
