JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced cook/chef/sandwich hand for a friendly, busy cafe in Blackburn. No weekends, public holidays or nights. Must be able to start at 5 am. Hours are approx 30 hours per week. Duties are preparing sandwich fillings, soups, daily salads and building sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, toasties for our breakfast, lunch services and catering. Clean down prep kitchen after service. Some ordering of supplies. Must have good communication skills and work well as part of a small team. Must have food safety certificate and experience in a similar job.
