Our client is a community based social enterprise that exists to enhance the lifestyle and independence of people with disability. As a well-established and trusted brand, the organisation operates across two main Divisions - Employment & Training and Commercial Operations which also includes Disability Care.

As an Employment Support Consultant working between their Woodridge and Sunnybank offices you will provide support in the workplace for both employer and jobseeker ad track and monitor all placements to achieve sustainable outcomes for job seekers. With a passionate and committed attitude to supporting jobseekers through each step of their journey, your care and dedication to the jobseeker will be evident by the hard work you put in.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide placement and workplace support to jobseekers in work
· Provide mentoring and specialised assistance to jobseekers
· Generate vacancies through existing relationships and increase placements
· Work with team members to help achieve growth for the site and organisation through community engagement, external relationships, industry engagement and identification of additional revenue opportunities

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

· Previous experience in Community Services or Mental Health and knowledge working with people with a disability
· Strong customer service and sales experience
· High level of marketing and administrative ability
· Possess skills in supporting individuals in the workplace to outcomes
· Proven history of generating vacancies and placing job seekers including those with a disability
· Experience of working with an achieving budgets, targets and strict key performance indicators
