- Central Coast
- Part time: 2/3 days per week
- Disability Services Sector
This highly regarded Not For Profit provides a range of disability services to the community, employing over 160 people, you will play a key role in providing generalist HR Management support across the business.
Responsibilities:
• Train and coach staff on policy and procedures
• Provide strategic HR support and advice to managers
• Promote and manage employee engagement
• Advise on Industrial Relations matters
• End to end recruitment
• Provide leadership and best practice information to staff in Performance Management
• HR Administration and HRIS maintenance
• Manage onboarding, training and induction schedules
• WH&S and Injury Management
• Adhere to legislation and organisational Policy and Procedures
• Manage confidential information Criteria:
• Significant generalist experience in Human Resource Management
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
• Disability Services Sector experience highly regarded
• Understanding and working knowledge of SCHADS Award and Supported Employment Services Award
• Superior communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Experience in injury and Work Cover claims management highly regarded
• Willing to undertake appropriate background checks
• Flexible, adaptable, able to commit to a short term contract working 3 days per week
