THE OPPORTUNITY

As the System & Business Analyst you’ll be working with both frontline team members and the Senior Leadership to identify, understand, capture and prioritise requirements for system enhancements that help our people to efficiently get things right first time, and enable our people to focus their attention on the things that matter most when supporting their customers to get their lives back from workplace injuries and illnesses.

You’ll also be responsible for coordinating with leaders across the business to ensure that our prioritised enhancements are clearly and consistently communicated to key stakeholders so that they are given appropriate consideration as part of the ongoing prioritisation of backlog requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, capture and prioritise process and control improvements within prioritised business processes – including expected measurable benefits these could create
  • Validate prioritisation of process and control improvement opportunities through engagement with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
  • Be the key EML representative in various system enhancement forums, ensuring EML’s needs are appropriately considered.
  • Engage with frontline and senior stakeholders across the Business Unit to identify and prioritise key business processes for investigation
  • Validate and measure impact of regular system enhancements and releases on business operations and determine how they satisfy prioritised system improvement requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role with a focus on process, controls and system enhancement requirements gathering
  • Experience working in a “continuous improvement” role, with working knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies.
