JOB DESCRIPTION

Eden Bondi

Eden Bondi - a fully plant based restaurant serving elevated comfort food is looking for a Sous Chef to join their beach side restaurant in Bondi.

Our ideal candidate needs to have at least 2 years experience post Commercial Cookery qualifications. This position would be suitable to an experienced CDP who is looking to move into a more senior position.

The role requires collaboration with our head chef in relation to seasonal menu changes, ordering, rostering, maintaining OH&S standards, preparation & a variety of cooking tecniques.

You will also have the opportunity to have creative input into menu design, manage your own section and also run the kitchen in the absense of the head chef.

We have part time and full time hours avaialble for this role as our Sous Chef is moving on to a more senior role at another establishment - however will maintain part time hours if required. 

Should you wish to join us full time, you will be working approx. 38 hours (Tuesday - Saturday)
