Your new role
* The Communications & Training Officer will support the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies as well as develop and review website content and online communications.
* Prepare presentations and communications for University customers, partners and stakeholders
* Deliver face to face and blended training using adult education principles

What you'll need to succeed
* Ability to deliver face to face training
* Experience or skills in content authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, H5P and Camtasia and virtual conferencing and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
* Experience or skills in working with a learning management system, preferably Canvas, and knowledge of SCORM content packaging standards
