In these newly created positions, you will be liaising with Brokers to eliminate application and process errors for a more streamlined experience for the customers and bankers alike. These positions will be phone-based alongside liaising through emails and require data entry/updating information in the CRM. 

What we are offering:

• a competitive hourly rate of $29 per hour + super
• standard business hours Monday - Friday
• 3 months minimum contract with the potential for extension
• ASAP start date!

What we are looking for:

• Broker, banking and/or home loans experience is ideal
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a high level of resilience 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
