Abuse Lawyer Opportunity with Leading National Boutique!

Our client is a leading personal injury law firm, passionate about advocating for their clients.
Your new role
You will work within the wider public liability practice with a specific focus on institutional abuse claims.Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a Public Liability & Institutional Abuse practice
- Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
What you'll need to succeed
You will be admitted to practice in Australia with a current NSW practising certificate. You will have a minimum of 2 years post admission experience in personal injury law with a passion to focus on abuse law. You will also have:
- Superior communication skills
- A calm and easy-going nature
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive issues, and show empathy and compassion to clients
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
- An understanding and/or qualification in psychology would be highly desirable
