Agile Business Analyst required to facilitate a large digital transformation within the Vic State Government.

Your new role
As an Agile Business Analyst, you will work within a digital team, assisting in the delivery of technology programs across the business. You will work on new initiatives to bring manual processes online alongside technical and non-technical teams, creating user stories, user journeys and working on end to end delivery of the project.

To undertake this role, you must be highly Agile, and you must be adept at eliciting requirements, documentation - epics and user stories at a quality standard suitable for a development team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working on a large scale digital and system migration/ integration programs
• Expert in digital applications/portals
• Proven experience leading agile ceremonies
• Ability to collaborate with product, UX design, development and QA teams
• Experience working with both Lean and Agile methodology
