Our client has a brand and quality services that is global renown leader and they are expanding. They are very focused on building a positive culture and are constantly working to improve the culture.

Reporting to the HR Manager, there is now an immediate start, initial 1 month contract, to assist with Recruitment and also ad hoc work within the People & Culture Team. Most of this work can be done Working From Home, with some occasional work from the Sydney CBD office. 

You will be working with screening candidates, reference checking, system updates, supporting hiring managers across the business, in some cases on parts of the recruitment process such as the administration and compliance, and in other times in an end-to-end capacity. 

More specifically you will be writing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, creating a pipeline of candidates and making offers. You will also assist with related HR administration activities such as creating contracts, maintaining employee records and inducting new employees.

To be considered for this role you will have in-house end-to-end recruitment experience from any industry, either as a recruitment administrator, coordinator or as an end-to-end recruiter. You will have the right attitude and drive to make a difference and contribution. You will also have the opportunity to work on side projects that overlap with the broader HR team.
