Enterprise Excellence is the strategic new function of our APJ Enterprise operating model to proactively enable APJ’s priorities in 2021 by focusing on field capabilities that will help delight our customers and build a sustainable winning culture to predictably deliver/exceed our Enterprise targets in each of our 5 geographic Areas.
Each Area Enterprise Excellence Lead (EEL) is is an established senior sales enablement/leader acting as the single threaded owner for their respective Geographic Area working with their Area MD, Enterprise Director and their Field Sales team, alongside Operations (SSOE) & Field Enablement (FE) team stakeholders to successfully translate the Enterprise business strategy into consistent world class field sales execution through well defined Enterprise Excellence operational priorities.
Ultimately, success is being the sought-after thought leader for our Enterprise team to help optimize the customer experience, sustainably grow market share, and predictably drive revenue to exceed the Area goals and input/output metrics.

The role reports centrally to the APJ Head of Enterprise Excellence but is located and aligned locally for each Area supported by a central APJ Enterprise Excellence Office (EEO) and program team for programmatic consistency, accountability and scale.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 20+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Consulting, Business development, Transformation, or other related fields including 10+ years in senior management/leadership functions.
· Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and proven ability to rapidly build effective relationships across levels and functions within an Enterprise organization with relevant internal/external stakeholders and earn trust with senior business executives.
· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced, high growth organization with a deep understanding of complex decision-making processes & dynamics in large Enterprises, as well as the ability to effectively lead, orchestrate and deliver results across cross-functional, remote, and virtual teams.
· Strong transformational/change management experience demonstrating exceptional judgement and commercial acumen and the ability to drive to quality decisions with teams, peers, and leaders.
· Strong communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation, influencing - one to one & one to many, are a must.
· Accustomed to deciphering dynamics in complex decision-making processes, reading and effectively addressing unarticulated concerns that hold back commitment to change.
· Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient in a hands-on role: work with little oversight delivering high-quality results and driving the agenda with a keen sense of ownership and drive.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Prior experience working in or with Tier 1 Technology providers, cloud service providers, consulting, or managed service providers.
· An established personal CxO network across the Enterprise market.
· Understanding of cloud concepts in general and/or specific technologies, platforms, and solutions.
· MBA, PhD or equivalent relevant Business learning/teaching experience.
