JOB DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Amazon Prime serves over 150 million members across 18 countries and is at the heart of Amazon’s growth. With a range of benefits across shipping, video, music, reading, gaming and more, Prime offers its members the best of shopping and entertainment.
The Prime Member Marketing team is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of member acquisition and engagement across key customer segments through effective marketing across onsite, offsite and paid marketing channels. You will have an understanding of marketing tools and systems on both a strategic and an executional level. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be focused on assessing marketing capabilities, prioritizing new strategies to test with, running experiments and preliminary marketing campaigns through these channels, and scaling up successful strategies.
You will own high-profile goals and influence other teams to embrace the value of acquiring and engaging new Prime members. Most importantly, you will bring an enthusiasm for marketing and a desire to make an impact on the business.
The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively. You are able to drive excellence within the programs you own, with your colleagues in marketing and product management, and with colleagues across the Amazon organization, including retail, digital, and other partner teams. You will be at the center of exciting marketing programs that span across teams, and act as a single-threaded owner on multiple projects.
