About the opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Talent and Organisational Capability team to assist in delivering change organisation-wide. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organisational Capability, as Change and Experience Management Lead you will focus on the people side of change, being responsible for developing and designing the change and experience management framework. You will partner with the broader People and Culture team members, business stakeholders and broader organisation to implement enterprise-wide change initiatives – resulting from changes to business strategies, operating model, standardisation of policies and processes, and introduction of new systems.
Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise the employee experience, adoption and usage and minimise resistance.

You will work to drive adoption, higher utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

About your experience
To be considered for this role you will:

  • Degree qualification in human resources or equivalent, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner;
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience leading complex change initiatives at an enterprise level;
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others and move them toward a common vision or goal;
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle;
  • Presentation and facilitation skills;
  • Experience in organisational development, human resources and establishing processes;
  • Familiarity with human resource principles and practices; and
  • Ability to understand key business drivers and where change and experience management can add value.
