About the Role
Twitch is looking for a Regional Manager to lead the growing Client Success Management team in APAC. This role is responsible for managing a team of CSMs across multiple APAC markets. The CSM team manages client facing, post sale execution and delivery of all direct sold media and custom ad campaigns. They are client focused and service oriented. You will be an experienced manager with a strong background in customer management and digital media across a diverse set of verticals.

You will report to the Global Head of Client Success and partner closely with the regional Sales, Adops, Creative Studio and other cross functional leads. Working from our Sydney office, you will be the main point of escalation for the team, ensure an excellent client experience and drive key business results.

You Will:
· Lead the Client Success Management teams across APAC locales
· Ensures client expectations are being met and exceeded by direct reports, stepping in as needed to mitigate escalations
· Manage workload and headcount appropriately to meet the demands of the business
· Lead initiatives and projects in collaboration with counterparts in our other global offices
· Work closely with other regional CSM managers to ensure a consistent standard of service and support are being maintained
· Effectively communicate and escalate business risks to management
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and support



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Digital media (video) experience
· Experience of managing teams and working on campaigns across APAC
· Must be able to communicate ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively
· Resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios for everyone
· Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines
· Must be extremely organised, detail-oriented and can self-manage and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
· Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
· 10+ years of relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Familiarity with the Twitch community/Gaming
· Project management of custom branded programs
· Strong knowledge of CRM platform, Salesforce
· Understanding of traditional ad serving technology
