We have a new vacancy based out of our Tingalpa Snackfood site for a Permanent Full Time Field Sales Manager to join us!

This role will see you lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to deliver category, customer and PepsiCo growth in all categories we operate within. You will be leading the planning, selling and execution of all customer and company plans to delivery against our PepsiCo Strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to delivery mutual growth (customer and PepsiCo) via flawless execution of all customer plans and delivery call compliance to journey plan.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with MSO’s to influence inventory (minimum product quantities and allocations) and off locations, leveraging store v store incentives and category insight.
  • Lead the state new business drive, with particular focus on licensed, to deliver an annual new business target as agreed with the Field Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

We're looking for somebody with the following skills and experience:
  • Thorough understanding of all elements of the customer supply chain to be able to influence On Shelf Availability.
  • Proven ability to identify in-store sales growth and opportunities against key Blueprint objectives.
  • Successful implementation of new and improved in-store execution.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction.
  • High-level of interpersonal skills allowing for a natural selling conversation with customers that result in them taking action.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and objection navigation when dealing with customers.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise workload and manage one’s time to meet business expectations and deadlines.
