As a Financial Sales Consultant, you’ll assist your clients through our various stock recommendation services and platforms and generate revenue for the business. You’ll use your selling skills to identify needs and provide the high-net-worth clients our research technologies and information software.

You’ll join a dynamic organisation where we thrive to exceed our targets, are continuously growing our selling skills. You’ll be a talented closer, Self-driven individual who wants to progress through the development plan for higher earnings.

  • Engaging warm/qualified leads seeking direction in the stock market
  • Prospecting Warm to hot leads via our existing database and various marketing exercises.
  • Contacting existing clients with the view to cross-sell across our different divisions
  • Providing in-depth one on one product presentations to existing clients via Team viewer software and the phone.

Key Skills

  • 2 years’ experience in phone-based sales with a very strong track record of exceeding targets
  • An understanding of the Stock market is preferred but not essential
  • Highly energetic, motivated and ethical individual
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a group environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a competitive environment
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Can close deals and not afraid of rejections

You’ll be interacting with clients every day, so your phone skills, relationship building, and communication skills must be second to none. It will be within your nature to enjoy helping people and completing deals. Also, you’ll need to be able to communicate with different stakeholders, adjusting your messaging to suit the audience.

You’ll be results-oriented and someone who is motivated by achieving both personal and team targets, without compromising the client experience.
