We are currently looking for a passionate leader to join the management team within Casual Dining. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for customer care, rosters, training, coaching and developing the team as well as being hands on ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations. Successful applicants for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented and pro-active to the needs of our guests.

We are specifically looking for people who have:

• Supervisory experience within a similar large busy environment
• A thorough knowledge of food and beverages
• Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expenses
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude
• A current RSA Statement of Attainment
• Flexible availability over a 7 day roster
