Working in a busy high-volume call centre environment, you will become an integral part of this high performing customer service team who are extremely passionate about providing the highest level of service
About the role:
- You will be the first point of contact for calls coming into the contact centre
- You will be assisting the customer with any legislative and policy queries they may have
- You will be resolving simple first contact resolution enquiries
- You will be responsible for maintain accurate customer records
- You will be assisting customers with processing online applications
About you:
- You will have exceptional communication skills
- You will have experience in a customer service/contact centre role
- You will be adaptable to working with a diverse spread of enquiries
- You will have the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- You will have the ability to work well in a team environment
- You will be able to demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills
Benefits:
- Temporary assignment commencing Monday 12th April 2021
- 3-month temp assignment with the potential to extend
- Full time role, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
