We are looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our Road Global Express Division based at Mackay. Working Monday to Friday (AM), you will be responsible for the management of general freight to ensure it is delivered in a timely and effective manner. Within this role, it is critical for the Fleet Coordinator to assist staff and provide guidance where required.

Develop your skills through onsite training and experience our newly created online training platform that can be tailored to your specific areas of education and interest.
As the Fleet Coordinator, you will:
- Effectively maintain and monitor load plan activities.
- Ensure all Toll safety procedures and policies are adhered to.
- Manage rosters to ensure dispatches are completed daily and KPI’s are met.
- Monitor and coordinate fleet management to ensure efficient use of assets.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service enquiries via phone and email.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous knowledge of transport operations in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicles and awareness of legislation, regulations, and fatigue management.
- The ability to be proactive and pre-plan to ensure efficiency of fleet and drivers.
- A high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of management – written and verbal.
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Intermediate MS Office skills – Word and Excel.
