Guest Experience Attendant Brisbane

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you will assist both our Front Office and Housekeeping teams with delivering exceptional service experiences to our guests.

Your day will include front office administration tasks including but not limited to: Guest check-in/out; reservations; customer enquiries and assisting with bookings.

In addition, you will help ensure the hotel areas, facilities and apartments are presented and cleaned to the highest standards. You will be working closely with Housekeeping assisting with servicing guest apartments within a timely manner, cleaning floors and bathrooms, and maintaining the hotel reception area and facilities.

Having come from a Customers Service background or housekeeping background, you will have the opportunity to diversify your skill set and learn new areas of the hotel and hospitality industry, as we will provide adequate training in all areas. You will be self-motivated and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences!

We are looking for committed, flexible and reliable team members who are prepared to work across a 7-day roster, this position does involve weekend work.
