Permanent, Full-Time
$33.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are currently seeking passionate and sharp Indigenous Programs Development Unit (IPDU) Administration Manager to join us at our PCYC Tingalpa Office. If you an enthusiastic, people-orientated leader who has a passion for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island People and have a savviness for grants, reporting and planning, then we want you!

Your New Role
Reporting to the General Manager – IPDU, you will oversee PCYC’s small to large scale multi-site, multifaceted funded programs in regard to performance and financial reporting across IPDU. Develop strong local and regional relationship networks to strengthen the support extended to IPCYC Clubs and broader IPDU.
About You
- Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies to all applicants
- Demonstrate understanding and experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or at least 3 years experience that would equip you to deliver the required outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in working within a funding-driven environment with understand of the funding cycle across government, corporate and community domains
- Demonstrated ability in working within an NGO environment in the procurement of grant funding inclusive of acquittals
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, programs and budgets
- Experience in working with various data management tools - i.e. SQL databases, excel
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current driver's licence or a light rigid driver’s licence, and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
- Please note: All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
