Ray White Cairns Beaches & Smithfield are looking for a new member to join our busy Real Estate offices.

Are you a current Real Estate Property Manager or Sales Representative seeking a change in your career direction? If this sounds like you then we have a challenging position where a high income and role satisfaction is only limited by your personal pride in achieving results!

The Role:

• Prospecting and securing new business opportunities.
• Marketing of new listings
• Generating and maintaining a strong client & customer database
• Producing property market appraisals.
• Leasing of property
• Providing professional advice to clients

The Package:

• Full time position
• Salary + Commission Incentive
• Mobile phone allowance

About you:

• Display a Positive and energetic attitude.
• Have a strong work ethic with “attention to detail”.
• Must hold current QLD Real Estate Certificate or be willing to undertake
• Be available to work flexible hours including weekends if required
• Be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate past successes.
• Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Be a resident of Cairns
• Be results driven and love a challenge
