We are looking for a specialist in digital marketing/advertising and analytics to deliver top notch end-to-end digital campaigns and experiences. Someone who is keen to start, or ramp up, their own freelancing..….This could be a side-gig for you, or, you could already have clients and be looking to scale-up your own offering alongside (and with the support of) a great group of managing partners in the industry.

Are you a hands-on, data-driven digital marketer? Do you scrutinise data/analytics and generate insights to inform digital and social campaigns? Do you want to make a brand-new role your very own, and kick some ass along the way with two dedicated managing partners? 

We are looking for someone that loves what they do in the digital marketing space. We are a pure play B2B Sales and Marketing Consultancy that assists some very cool businesses and tech start-ups with lead generation activity. We believe that sales and marketing are intrinsically linked, and work smart for our clients to get their brand in front of the right target segments.

This role will suit a clever, intelligent marketer that is keen to deliver their best work. As we are a growing agency, we are keen for someone that is motivated to initially work with us on a contract basis, with hours fluctuating with the onboarding of our clientele. Currently, we are ramping up and onboarding clients and require up to 10 hours per week. This will grow throughout the next quarter and we would love to work alongside someone that is keen can scale-up alongside us. 

This role has a primary focus on designing and executing end-to-end digital campaigns that are integrated across channels and assets. This will include curating content across multiple digital and social media platforms and identifying online and digital media communications opportunities. 

The essential duties of this role include:

- Development, implementation, and monitoring of organic and paid digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our clients’ brands and products to drive prospective engagement in key target segments

- Designing and executing retargeting campaigns across digital assets such as social media using insights from website, social media and EDM analytics 

- Scheduling post content on Hootsuite utilising data relating to optimal post days/times 

- Tracking website analytics and social media insights to inform and optimize digital marketing strategy, while increasing engagement and conversion 

- Producing digital reports and dashboards through the strategic use of analytics across the digital marketing stack. 

- Interpret reports on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to monitor and improve the overall buyer experience for clients

- Apply a test and learn methodology in managing and driving digital campaign and project performance, to inform new strategies and approaches

The focus for this role is to achieve the smartest digital insights and results for our clients across digital platforms. Someone that can action the above primary duties is of course going to be the best fit for the role.

Whilst the above actions are absolutely the focus of this role, we know that many of us have secondary skillsets (because we are awesome). Although the below skills are not essential for applicants of the role, please let us know if you can additionally perform any of the below duties:

- Graphic design 

- Creating and co-creating content marketing strategies and plans 

- Strong copywriting and communication/content writing skills i.e. Creating posts designed specifically for target audiences on the most popular topics gleamed from analytics

- Optimizing SEO 

- GoogleAds and other PPC advertising platform campaigns

- Keyword research for optimising relevance and volume of conversation

- Marketing automation experience in Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or others

- Lead generation mapping

Don’t stress – if you 100% fit the essential duties of the position but do not cross-over into the additional skillsets listed above - we DEFINATEY want to hear from you! It is most important to us that the digital marketing/advertising/reporting/optimisation duties of the roles are 100% met. Anything else, is purely a bonus (we know people working in this space are cross-skilled, that is the only reason we are asking). 

Obviously, you will have studied or have a high-level of ability or experience with marketing and technology, be a positive communicator and team player, and, be interested in the intersect of technology and business.

The role is super flexible. You choose your own hours, days etc. We ask for strong time management skills for completion of task to deadline, and motivation for producing best-practice results. Remote working is best suited at this stage; however some in-office days will be required at times.
