The client: Our client is a well known and popular restaurant group that is rapidly expanding. Several exciting positions are on offer within their well established and driven kitchen teams. Great opportunities for career progression are available, whilst working in a fun and dynamic environment.

Role: Reporting to a head chef, your role will include working within all sections of the kitchen. You will be responsible for assisting in the food preparation process, cooking and preparing high quality meals, receiving and storing produce, ensuring a clean and organised work station is maintained, and assisting in the creation of enticing new menu items.

You: will have demonstrated experience as a commis chef, previous experience in the preparation of Asian cuisine, be passionate about food, enjoy working in a team environment and have strong time management and organisational skills
