Position:

We are seeking a friendly, competent and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team at our head office in Perth, Western Australia. This position reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.



Role Overview:

Our Corporate Receptionist is calm, welcoming and experienced in managing a busy reception and switch board and ensures all who attend our head office, either guests or team members arriving at work, are greeted in a warm, welcoming and professional manner.



As the first point of contact at Resolute and the team's "go to" person, a high-level of customer service, accuracy and attention to detail are key to this role. A motivated office professional, you pride yourself on your polished presentation, telephone manner and willingness to provide quality service.



This role incorporates some administration tasks such as meeting room management, courier bookings, catering, stationery ordering, responding to emails, accepting deliveries and other ad hoc tasks. This role also provides variety and a dynamic, supportive and inclusive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and telephone system.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation and organisation of reception and common areas.
  • Meet and greet visitors, guests and colleagues in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Oversee the guest experience as a whole - including offering tea, coffee and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage meeting rooms and AV equipment.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external events.
  • Accurate execution of post, petty cash system and reconciliation, courier bookings and other administrative duties.
  • Daily review and management of phone system for telephone messages; distribute accurate messages to specific personnel as required.
  • Monitor travel and movements of all office personnel.
  • Efficient coordination of office maintenance requirements with building management.
  • Daily maintenance of staff kitchen amenities.
  • Coordinate grocery and stationery orders.
