About the role
Working with and & reporting directly to one of Arrow's Directors, the Personal Assistant will support in providing highly professional communication and results-driven campaigns for the growth of the Agency and provide support in growing the business, prepare for the daily meetings and schedule, and general administrative and support duties as required
The key functions of the role include assisting the Director with the company's strategy & growth initiatives, internal communication, project tracking, carrying out secretarial duties for the Director.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, it is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:
- Has a relevant tertiary qualification in either Business Communication, Marketing, or Journalism.
- Previous experience in a marketing role or related roles such as PR or Creative.
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Assist leadership to execute the company vision
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Loyal and committed work ethic
- Advanced computing skills, ex G Suite, MS Office applications and CRM Management
