Here’s where you come in:

The team is looking for a System Analyst to provide second level support and maintain the application environment ensuring incidents and problems are resolved within agreed service levels.

You will investigate, diagnose and resolve issues and problems that are encountered for the supported applications within the team. You’ll need to consult with ICT and business representatives on changes and enhancements for applications, developing user requirements into solution designs.

This is a permanent part time role. You will report directly to the Applications Support Team Leader in the Technical Services & Operations team & will be based out of our head office in Adelaide – although there will also be some flexibility in working from home.

Being the backbone of our business, ICT provides modern supporting systems, infrastructure and digital enablement to support our evolving customer needs. We’re always moving forward to secure new technologies that are integrated and optimised to deliver business value.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in working within the ICT field in a relatable role type
  • Experience across SQL and an understanding of Microsoft, Unix, Linux, Java and/or VBA
  • Exposure to Oracle RDBMS or SQL Server databases
  • Tertiary Qualifications in ICT or related field experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in highly regulated environments with a solid understanding of relevant standards and guidelines

Other Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal and communications skills

• Ability to develop and maintain constructive work relationships at all levels within ICT

• Self-motivated with organisational and time management skills

• An ability to work under pressure in critical and complex situations
