The Role


As our Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display. The role requires a wealth of experience in paid search or social media management with an ability to work in an agile and dynamic team. You love being on the tools but also love the opportunity to work and train with a junior team member under your wing while seeking advice and input from a broader team of digital natives. You are technical and analytical in nature. These acronyms are your bread and butter: CPC/CTR/CPA/CPM/CPLPV/ROAS/LTV


You will work alongside the other Paid Media Managers within the team for knowledge and resource sharing, seeking opportunities and optimisation for our clients. You are not shy to work heavily within the tools while also having the opportunity to audit prospecting clients during the pitch phase. You are analytical but also have a keen eye for detail to meet the expectations of our clients and their customers.


You are one of our leaders for our paid media campaigns and remain the centre of excellence for ad creation, optimisation, reporting and insight generation. You strive to continue to deliver the highest output while learning about the perpetual innovation in your space and industry.


Ideally you will have:



  • Minimum of 2 years agency experience and have had exposure working and communicating with clients.
  • Experience in managing and allocating clients' budgets to various ad campaign initiatives across search and social.
  • Experience managing end to end digital campaigns in Search, Social, Display, Video, with a proven track record of building, planning, reporting, optimising and insights.
  • Ability and desire to coach team members, work closely with your performance managers to handover when needed and scale resourcing as the business grows.
  • Strength in collaboration, and introducing new technologies or practices that are currently not utilised by your team or clients.
  • A strong competency in tools such as: 


  1. Facebook Business Manager
  2. Google Ads/Youtube
  3. Managing Data Feeds/Google Merchant Center
  4. Google Analytics/Google Data Studio
  5. Excel/Google Sheets
