WOW Recruitment are looking for a Marketing Manager to join an exciting organisation within the Sport and Leisure industry based in Sydney CBD, starting in 2 – 4 weeks.

What you will do

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership and influence the marketing, media and partnerships domains to drive the marketing strategy and deliver end-to-end campaigns across all online and offline channels.

  • Own all aspects of marketing, partnerships, PR & comms and media
  • Influence overall brand strategy and the direction of marketing efforts
  • Create and roll out marketing plan to grow and retain an active partner base
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including briefing and managing external creative and digital agencies
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
  • Evaluate and report performance of campaigns and media activity against ROI and KPIs to drive decision making for next steps 
  • Identify and partner with key brand to enable campaign opportunities and drive overall brand awareness
  • Define a marketing strategy for national expansion

What you will bring

  • 5 year’s experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proven track record in identifying, building strong partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset with a passion for optimisation and performance.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and juggling conflicting priorities
  • Results orientated with experience reporting on marketing execution 
  • A solution based, approachable and personable attitude
