JOB DESCRIPTION
The number one focus for this outstanding technology solutions company is to provide totally satisfying customer service while supplying the highest quality hardware products and services across a global client base.
They are now looking for a customer service/sales co-ordinator to play a part in the success of this company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Nurture and develop existing customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities through effective written and verbal communication
- Prepare and supply customer quotations, receive and process orders
- Achieve agreed targets and deliver effective time management
- Provide end to end “outstanding customer service experiences’ to all customers
- Drive sales through inbound and outbound activity
- Generate leads to expand customer database and seek new markets to target
- Be an active contributor to the team
You will have:
- 2 years experience in customer service or sales related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience (we are interested in experience from all industries)
- High level of numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills
- A solid understanding and interest of IT equipment, brands and technology
- Confident, friendly and supportive personality
- A can-do attitude and a passion for success
