JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a vibrant, customer-focused individual for our newly established customer care department. You will be handling all service/warranty issues , liaising with customers, the manufacturer (La-Z-Boy furniture ) and repair teams. 30 per week Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for a individual with the following skills 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Competent computer skills with good knowledge in Excel and Word
  • Experience of resolving customer complaints 
  • Excellent time management, organisational and decision making skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude
