Coming from a background of Senior IT Recruitment and / or internal Technology Talent Acquisition, you will have a confident and friendly nature, a proactive attitude, and will take ownership of your recruitment assignments.


You will enjoy working as part of a small, highly efficient, national team - working alongside the Business Development and General Managers to deliver them the broad skill sets required to continue to grow the business across both core job families in ongoing recruitment, and specific niche requirements.

The focus is predominantly on permanent staff, however the business does on occasion source contractors for niche / specialist roles.

As a professional services provider, DWS relies heavily on the quality of our Consultant staff. As such, the recruitment process this role will manage has multiple stages including; behavioural and technical interviews, as well as technical testing.



What you will bring:

  • Significant, stable experience in agency and / or internal IT Technology recruitment
  • A very strong understanding of the current Australian IT / Technology sector
  • Experience recruiting both technical (Developers, Architects, Analytics etc) and more business aligned roles (Project ManagementBusiness Analysts etc)
  • Very skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (ideally JobAdder)
  • Ideally experience in a professional consulting environment
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent and changing requirements
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a great candidate journey
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you will do:

  • Sourcing candidates for ongoing needs, for both the Melbourne head office and interstate sites 
  • Conducting first round behavioural interviews
  • Coordinating testing and technical interviews
  • Issuing contracts, undertaking referencing, and overseeing the onboarding process for all new starters
